This term held global maths week, so the whole school was celebrating maths. Each House was presented with an assembly about the history of maths and how it has evolved over time. As part of maths week, we were told about a website called Exploding Dots which is about trying new ways to do addition, multiplication, subtraction and division. It is an educational game, which is also great fun to play around with. It has improved my maths skills, especially algebra in the harder levels. This is an amazing website and I would definitely recommend this site to other people who would like to improve their maths in a fun way. I have really enjoyed global maths week this year and I am looking forward to the next one.
